Welcome to the Toro Learning and Testing Center (TLTC)

The TLTC offers a variety of academic support to all currently enrolled and matriculated California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) students.

The mission of the TLTC is to create a supportive community that develops and successfully supports lifelong learners.

TLTC Latest Updates

Graduate Writing Exam (GWE) Updates

Per AA 2020-04, the Graduation Writing Assessment Requirement (GWAR) and the Graduation Writing Exam (GWE) are temporarily suspended due to COVID-19 for Spring 2021, Summer 2021, and the 2021-2022 Academic Year (fall and spring). Please note that students who are graduating Spring 2021, Summer 2021, Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 are exempt from the GWAR.

The GWAR has been waived for summer 2022 graduates.
