Who we are

What we do



As your single point of contact for all campus technology, we offer four different ways to get help. Pick one that works for you.

 SELF-SERVE: IT Service Portal, a self-service portal, is available 24/7, use our Knowledge Base to get instant answers to burning questions such as Frequently Asked Questions, How-tos, etc.
 FILL OUT A TICKET: The Online Ticketing system, formerly known as HelpDesk Ticketing system, is now integrated into the IT Service portal. If you cannot find your answer in our Knowledge Base, log instantly into the ticketing system and have your ticket automatically assigned to a technician.
 CALL: Of course, you can still to speak to a Level 1 tech support person. (310) 243-2500
 WALK-IN: Stop by Welch Hall B370, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5 pm or the Library, 2nd Floor, Monday – Friday, 8am – 11pm to get in person help.
