Dates: January 2-January 15, 2019

Conduct Ethnoecological Fieldwork in Southern Mexico | Explore the farming practices in the rural cities of Chiapas, México. Students will learn about traditional agricultural practices of rural families and consider these practices in the context of ecological and social sustainability.
